ALL ABOARD!

Them's Fightin' Herds is about half way to its initial goal so if you haven't given money to this project then please do so HERE! This has been a Public Service Announcement brought to you by #TeamGRF and People Like Us! Thank YoU!

Dracue Software were the kind folks who brought you Gunhound EX which is a must play if your down with mech action! You can buy a copy from Playism if you so desire.

The thing is they're back and they're taking on a classic in a remake of Assault Suit Leynos coming later this year on PS4. I'm excited to see a remake of this classic and here's hoping they get to Valken because they tried a remake of that once and its better we don't talk about it. Stick to the SNES version and play some Metal Warriors too while you're out there killing space stuff.

Game drops December 23rd and you can pick up the 2nd version of the demo if you have a JP PSN account. You should have one of these by now!

SEGA's remaking Yakuza 1. More stuff and more violence on stuff! The reasons I love Yakuza! More info about it as I get it.

Speaking of SEGA this is your reminder that Blade Arcus from Shining EX drops November 26th!

It isn't an American dance party unless Adachi & Marie hit the floor! The dance party starts on September 29th!

One Piece: Burning Blood. Not the series first foray into fighting games but this looks to be taking the Battle series to the next level. I'll be keeping an eye on this one.

What if I told you the Flip Bucket characters weren't satisfied with playing with KoF's toys? What if I told you the characters from said game were redesigned, given weapons and put into a mobile version of Dungeon Fighter Online? Both statements are factual and from it Fighting Days was born. Game's being updated regularly and right now is this game is crossing over with KoF to feature Kyo Kusanagi, Iori Yagami & Mai Shiranui as part of the playable roster. I have no idea what this means for Terry & Benimaru in Flip Bucket but I'll be reporting the news as it comes.

In other news, if you have a 3DS then you need to get that homebrew on your system. With Home Menu Hax its never been easier. Follow the instructions and you can do stuff with it. That stuff is up to you and your imagination. Find your way HERE and let your imagination run wild!

If you ever wanted to play Volgarr the Viking on Dreamcast is you can do that now! Not officially sanctioned but OK'd by the developers of the game so if you want go HERE and die a bunch!

NEXT STOP!

WHAT DID I GET INTO THIS WEEK!

You should play Dead or Alive: Dimensions if for no other reason than Chronicle Mode. That mode serves multiple purposes. You either get the 1st 4 games abridged or you get additional background on what you learned during those games. Also serves as great tutorial on how the game should be approached and not a lot of games do that correctly if at all. Still a bit perturbed about the costumes and throwdowns being lost to time but still a good game for 3DS if you're looking for one. Tekken 3D also fits the bill as well. Gotta play Street Fighter 4 and see what I think about that.

The reason this installment came out a bit late this week was because I fell down the hole of KoF hacks seeing as there's a new anniversary hack for '99. I think I may have spoken about the '96-'98 hacks but if I haven't is all of these hacks add new moves & gameplay properties, a bit of rebalancing, EX Characters and even new ones depending on the game in question.

'98 is the standout hack because it might as well be Ultimate Match if it was on NeoGeo. It adds all the characters that were added to UM plus tweaks Advanced Mode (MAX Mode is now 2002 MAX Mode) & Extra Mode (MAX Mode can be activated and is 2000's Armor Mode) plus adds a 3rd mode Special which has Roll Dodge, Super Cancels & MAX Mode is 2000's Counter Mode which adds a new way to experience a classic like '98!

'99 does much of the same as the other hacks but it also throws it back a it to '98 with having a choice between styles choosing between '98 & '99. In '98 mode you get the classic dodge roll and there are some new animations and hit properties as well which lead to characters functioning differently enough to warrant trying out both styles. Be sure you do the same when you play!

Just awesome stuff. Also be sure to check out the hacks for 2000, 2001, 2002 & 2003 that bring those games in line with the PS2 versions by adding additional characters and strikers for 2000 & 2001 as well!

Them's Fightin' Herds reminded me that I haven't checked in with FiM: Premium Edition lately. They're currently on 1.4 and hopefully they fix whatever broke Dashie's ↓→+C Air Grab because its broken and not in a good way. It's funny but not good at all for actually using the character. Hopefully they get somebody on that ASAP. You can download the latest version HERE.

It has been one hell of a week in TV so let's go at it!

Monday saw the season finale of Star vs the Forces of Evil and it delivered. Where they can go with how it ended has great potential but will they take advantage of it? We'll see soon.

GOT HAM AKA GOR DON is back and its doing that thing where it GOT HAM! Just keep doing this until May is all I ask.

Tuesday brought us The Muppets and I can appreciate where the show wants to go and wants to do. Shouts to Canada getting it on Mondays!

Wednesday was the return of THE SHOW Empire which I didn't even know was coming back and there's a reason its the best show on TV and if it keeps doing what its doing it'll stay THE SHOW!

I also got a chance to check out Rosewood which is great show with a great premise. I hope that it being before Empire gives it the eyes it needs to stay around for more than 1 season! Watch it if you get the chance.

Thursday was Heroes Reborn and I'm liking where the show's going. It wants to capture that old magic of "Save the Cheerleader! Save the World!" while getting back to more of the craziness the later seasons brought.

If you choose to watch Heroes Reborn make sure before you do to watch every video in this playlist. This is all the backstory you'll need before you dive into Episode 1. And the more Aislinn Paul the better. You're welcome!

Saturday was the TV premiere of MLP EG: Friendship Games and it did what it supposed to do. Set up the status quo for future movies. I got money on Sunset Shimmer getting with Discord's son in a future movie. Take the bet!

In this block of time there were a bunch of marathons for reasons.

Black Jesus is that shit! Why did I wait a year to watch this? Oh yeah, I'm me and lazy. Don't make the same mistake.

Season 3 of TMNT was closed out and that was a jaw dropping ending! I have no idea what they're going to do but doing something would be nice!

Garo: Gold Storm Shou was an awesome ride and it was good to see Ryuga & Rian again. The new characters grew on me and you should give it a watch after you've watched The One Who Shines in the Darkness.

The Yu-Gi-Oh ARC-V dub isn't bad at all. I'll watch just to see how far they get before they don't finish it as they always do.

Sunday saw the end of Kamen Rider Drive for real! I love the closure that Shinnosuke got because it showed how he grew as a character and it made the journey worth taking. We're going Ghost for real next time!

Once Upon a Time's back for Season 5 and I'm glad I didn't watch Brave because I didn't need to. I still will just not at this moment. OUAT's going extra dumb out of the gate and I want to see how they solve this little dilemma in 10 more episodes.

Animation Domination's back for another round and Bob's Burgers, The Simpsons & Family Guy still doing what it does!

Ray Donovan Season 3 came to an end and damn did it deliver the goods. Go watch Ray Donovan!

The Usual Suspects are always thanked for doing what they do best! If I can get the rest in by next time I'll have a Reign S2 update for you. Look forward to that!

FINAL STOP!

WHAT I WATCHED ON THE INTERNET THIS WEEK!

Kenan & Kel reunite for a Good Burger sketch on Jimmy Fallon! LEGENDARY SHIT RIGHT HERE!

THE MARK REMARK'S BACK! I'm more happy to see LittleKuriboh doing a whole lot better after all that shit he went through a couple of months ago. More power to you!

Botchamania 287 & 288!

Episode 3 of FF7 Machinabridged!

If you ever wanted to know what are Treezy's favorite Supers/DM's in the history of fighting games is there's a video for that. There's a Part 2 coming too so be watching for when that drops.

You can get at Treezy on Facebook, Twitter & Tumblr

If I told you that there are Catgirl/Dragon hybrids that played classic games in HD and there was a place on the internet where this existed would you go? Since you don't have a choice in the matter is the ladies of PurrfectTrio are taking things HD and have such a channel for these exploits. You can find the channel HERE and if you feel so inclined you can donate to the channel HERE! For now, Ducktales on NES!

Shouts to my big brother DeadlyRave-NEO getting back to work and talking that old man shit while indulging in some Alpha 3 & RB2 because that's what you do. What could've been if we had that next level tech when it mattered? What shall be when we link up on some old man shit? Who knows. Stay tuned anyway!

That shall be that!

As it is the tradition is we'd like to thank Tayu Shisaki for the Drive edition of the Kamen Rider Shoujo series that adorns the train this week!

If you'd like to see more art like this then be sure to check out Tayu's website, Pixiv and @Shisaki on Twitter!

Thanks for a year of great memories! All we need is Drive!

Time to get and go Ghost! Next time!

As usual, we thank you for riding with us! This train's nothing without its passengers so know we appreciate when you hop aboard and get your #LastWeekRightNow from us!

Y'all know what to and we'll be doing this again like we always do! Don't miss the train!
