I haven't been up to much other than getting in some time with various marathons and the like because I want a clean slate come Fall Season time. So as I work through the backlog is I'll be posting what I've found right here!
In current TV news is Girl Meets World finally did it! Rucas as the kids call that ship finally officially set sail and I have to say how they handled it was better than well done! The show did some subtle stuff when handling it that I didn't notice during its build up that I've noticed heavily on second viewings and that right there is a sign of great storytelling! With the fate of the show in the air past the end of Season 3 is will we see more of Girl Meets World?
Speaking of ships is, Friendship is Magic is back from its hiatus and the streets are in OTP Heaven with Quibble Dash. Quibble Pants is a new character that was introduced who's voiced by Patton Oswalt which was some genius casting and hopefully we'll see him again soon. If this episode is any indication of what's coming then fans are in for some goodness.
Preacher did its thing for the most part by taking the first arc with some liberties and making 10 good episodes of TV out of it. I never expected a shot-for-shot adaptation of Preacher on AMC on Sunday Night in Primetime however, what we are getting is good TV and you can't ask for much else. Preacher is just another book you should read anyway because of how good it is!
