TV is going dumb! A couple of my favorite shows have returned and will give the summer a good kick in butt TV wise so what's the haps?
Power's back and we're picking up right where it ended. Things will happen between now and the next time we speak on this. So I just want things to happen!
Ballers is back as well and it was one of the best surprises last year and it looks to be keeping to being the beast that it is by getting right back to it. Watch if you haven't yet!
The next queen of Mewni is back with Star vs. The Forces of Evil Season 2 and because TV for children is scheduled badly is I didn't even know it was back when it actually premiered. It's more of what made me fall in love with the show in the first place so just keep doing that and it'll be just fine!
You can't really call it a #StevenBomb when there's new Steven Universe Monday-Friday for a good long bit can you? You call it a #StevenNuke and let that thang drop!
In other news, Mr. Greg is now in that same pile with Lion 3 of episodes of the show that I can never watch again. Deedee Magno Hall is amazing and I've always understood that way before Steven Universe existed! However, "It's Over" is beautifully vocalized heart-wrenching pain which really makes you understand Pearl's side of things in a way that the show hasn't done up until this point. I applaud the show for letting us see this side of what love does to us when we lose it. I'm glad we can live in a time where love can be explored for all to see and appreciate!
There's a reason this is one of the best shows out there period and this is one of the myriad of examples of why Steven Universe can stake a claim like that!
